NLI Scouting welcomes our newest baseball scout, Jesse Garcia, from New Jersey. A graduate of West Essex HS and Montclair State University, Jesse has years of coaching experience at the high school level and has extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning. He will be an invaluable asset for prospects in the Northeast.
